Access keys

Access keys are keyboard shortcuts that replace the need to use a mouse for navigation. For this document, you can use:

• ALT - 1 (press enter) for Centrica Annual Report and Review home page.
• ALT - A (press enter) for Accessibility page.
• ALT - M (press enter) to go to Main Menu links.
• ALT - F (press enter) to go forward a page.
• ALT - B (press enter) to go back a page.
• ALT - C (press enter) for main page content.

Please note your browser may not support access keys.

Interactive icons

Use these icons found at the bottom of every page to change font size.

Font sizes

You may also change the font size of this document to your preference through your browser.

• In Internet Explorer select View - Text Size and then your preferred size.
• In Netscape select View - Text Zoom and then your preferred percentage size.

Stylesheets

Import your own stylesheet into this document:

• In explorer select tools - internet options - accessibility.
• Click on any or all of 3 checkboxes to ignore colours, font styles or font sizes.
• To use your own stylesheet click the checkbox that says, 'format document using my style sheet' then simply browse to your style sheet and click ok.
• In Netscape select edit - preferences - appearance.
• You will then be given the choice to specify your own colours and fonts.

Our policy

Many Internet users with disabilities find web sites difficult or even impossible to use simply because of the way they are designed. Across the Centrica group we are working hard to provide services and products that are helpful to all our customers, and this goes for our websites, too.

This Annual Report 2002 document has been designed to be as accessible as possible and to be compatible with the types of adaptive technology used by people with disabilities, including screen readers.

As such visitors can control the size of the text, the colours, the stylesheets and even use 'access keys' on the keyboard rather than the mouse to navigate through the pages.

Navigating this document

To navigate through the Annual Report 2002, please use the menu on the left hand side of the page. If you are using a screen reader, you can use the access key alt - M (press enter), this will take you to the main menu, from there you can use the tab key to navigate through the links.

Troubleshooting
'I clicked on the link to view the video and was asked to save the file.'
You do not have Real Player installed on your machine. Download a FREE copy from the Real.com web site.

'I clicked on the link and nothing happens.'
It is likely to be due to internet congestion. You can either wait for the video to start playing, or come back later and try again.
